Visit a family member who works with us
Our people often work far from home. If someone in your family works for Gray Coast Energies, you can apply here to visit them at their office or project location.
How it works
- Send the form at least 14 days before the date you would like to arrive.
- We check the request with the employee and with the office or site they work at.
- We reply by email within five working days to confirm the visit or explain why it cannot go ahead.
Please do not book travel until we have confirmed your visit in writing. Approval depends on site access rules and the employee’s work schedule. Visits to offshore installations are not possible for safety reasons.
